Invoicing & Payments

Create invoices from the Invoicing section or directly from a deal or project. Add line items with descriptions, quantities, rates, and tax. Invoices are numbered automatically and branded with your logo and colors.

Set up payment plans that split an invoice into multiple installments. Define due dates and amounts for each installment. Booksui tracks which installments are paid and sends reminders for upcoming or overdue payments.

Connect your Stripe account from Settings > Payments. Once connected, clients can pay invoices online via Stripe Checkout with credit card, debit card, or other payment methods. Payments are recorded automatically.

The invoicing dashboard shows total revenue, outstanding balances, overdue amounts, and payment history. Filter invoices by status (draft, sent, viewed, partial, paid, overdue, cancelled, refunded) to manage your cash flow.

Cancel invoices or process refunds directly from the invoice detail page. Refunded and cancelled invoices are tracked separately in your financial reports. Stripe refunds are processed automatically.
